Our Substitution Policy for Deliveries
This policy applies to our flower products ordered for delivery.
Because of the artistic & seasonal nature of floral design, the images shown for each floral item can never be exactly replicated. Moreover, in our attempt to remain sustainable, we may find it necessary to substitute different yet similar bloom types of equal or greater value depending on availability.
Our promise to you is that your design will always be executed to match & exude the same overall vibe, theme, color scheme, style & high-quality as the arrangement pictured.
